Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from Hong Kong within 1-2 business days after processing payment.
Logistics time takes 10-15 days International. We are not responsible for shipping delays.

Shipping working days are: orders received end of day Thursday, (Friday's , during the weekend or during Bank Holiday will be processed the following working day).

All shipping options will be displayed at checkout. Faster shipping options are available on the checkout page for an additional cost. Please note that the processing time above still applies. We are not responsible for shipping delays outside of our control. Shipping rates do not include international customs or tariff fees. Pawsus is not responsible for any customs costs or issues that may occur.
