We believe in our products and know that you will love them too! If for any reason you would like to return your product(s), please note the following criteria:
- Items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Package must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery
- All items must be brand new, unwashed, and hair-free
- Include your receipt or invoice

Customer is responsible for associated shipping costs. We recommend using a tracking shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your item(s).
Once return is received, inspected, and approved based on our policy above, please allow 5-7 days for processing. Credit will be automatically applied to your original form of payment.
Note: Teepees or any items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
